Who this pricing is for

Solo and small group private practices: therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, primary care, dentists, chiropractors, and the other specialties on the specialties list. Group practices with many providers or several locations need more pages and are quoted individually; the starting point is still the same build, and I will give you a fixed number before any work starts.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered.

How much does a Rank The Practice website cost?

$499 for the complete build, plus $20 per month for hosting, maintenance, and updates. The $499 covers every page written and designed for you, Google Business Profile setup, privacy policy and HIPAA notice, an accessibility page, privacy-aware contact forms, and launch. Larger group practice sites with many providers or locations are quoted individually and start higher.

What does the $20 per month cover?

Hosting, SSL, security, backups, uptime, and small edits when you need them: a new team member, updated hours, a changed insurance list. It is month to month with no minimum term.

What is the $79 per month growth add-on?

Ongoing work after launch: continued site edits whenever you need them, a monthly blog post written for your services, ongoing Google Business Profile optimization, and advanced local SEO. It is optional and can be cancelled any time. Most solo practices launch without it and add it later if they want more reach.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no long-term contract for the build, the hosting, or the growth add-on. Hosting and the add-on are month to month.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site files are yours. If you ever stop hosting with me, I hand over the complete site. That is the main difference between this and subscription platforms like TherapySites or Brighter Vision, where the site disappears when you stop paying.

What is not included in $499?

Professional photography, a logo if you do not already have one, paid advertising management, and ongoing monthly content, which is what the growth add-on covers. If you need any of those, I will tell you up front and quote it separately or point you to someone who does it well.

How does this compare to TherapySites or Brighter Vision?

TherapySites runs $59 to $69 per month for a templated site plus $40 per month for SEO, and Brighter Vision runs $99 to $349 per month plus a $100 setup fee. Over five years that is roughly $6,000 to $6,500 with nothing owned at the end. Rank The Practice is $499 plus $20 per month, about $1,700 over five years, with original writing and a site you own.

Want this handled for you?

I build websites for private practice owners: every page written and designed for you until you're satisfied, plus your Google Business Profile set up, starting at $499 with no long-term contracts.
